Who is Greg Valles?

Greg Valles, Managing Director of Valles Accountants, boasts over 35 years of industry expertise and holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology.

His distinguished career includes more than 15 years at the Australian Taxation Office, where he developed a deep understanding of complex taxation issues. Greg’s proficiency spans across multiple sectors, including agriculture, oil & gas, aviation, hospitality, property, trade services and professional services. His expertise extends to mergers and acquisitions, particularly within the oil and gas industries.

Under Greg’s leadership, Valles Accountants has evolved into a renowned firm of Qualified Accountants and Advisors, offering a diverse range of services such as assisting with large disputes ranging over 1 billion dollars, business valuations, and expert witness engagements for Family Court matters and large estate matters. The firm also excels in advising high-net-worth individuals with assets exceeding $500 million and structuring global financial solutions.

A pioneer in the cryptocurrency space, Greg has been actively involved since 2015, overseeing transactions exceeding $1 billion in cryptocurrency. His contributions include assisting Australian companies with tax implications related to fundraisings and preparing financials for crypto-dependent businesses. He also serves as Treasurer of Blockchain Australia and has earned several prestigious nominations: Corporate Advisory of the Year by Blockchain Australia in 2021, Professional of the Year in 2022, and a finalist for the CEO awards in 2023.

Beyond his professional endeavours, Greg is committed to philanthropy and community service. He is the past Chairman, Board member and Treasurer of OTLR, a past advisor to the Starlight Foundation, and currently sits on the Business Advisory Board of the Australian Business Accounting Expo. He maintains memberships with several prestigious clubs and organizations, including the St Kilda Football Club, VRC, MCC, and RACV Club, and follows the Old Xaverian Football team in the VAFA.

Chloe holds a Bachelor of Accounting from La Trobe University and Master of Financial Management at the Australia National University.
She completed her Chartered Accountant program in 2019 and obtained the Merit Award for Financial Accounting, Taxation and Capstone module in the CA program. Chloe has over 9 years of experience in accounting in public practice and has previously had extensive experience for business services and high net wealth private clients. Chloe’s interest include Small Business Entities, Superannuation, management accounting, start-up, R & D, small business concessions, Crypto, business structures, and risk analysis.

Bridie Manson
Executive Assistant/Office Administrator

Bridie is the smile that greets you when you walk through our door. As our EA, she keeps the gears turning behind the scenes—managing schedules, balancing books, and ensuring everything runs seamlessly. With years of experience working with people, she’s a pro at juggling priorities, multitasking, and problem-solving on the fly. Ashlea Constance is head of Marketing and Communications, at Valles Accountants. She is currently studying her Juris Doctor Law Degree at the University of Melbourne. She is a former Chiropractor and has her Masters in Chiropractic with a Bachelor of Health Science (Chiropractic). She is passionate about learning and finding ways to inspire and impart knowledge to others in creative and interesting ways.
